No products showing in my account, included perks unavailable

I joined BT back in December 2022 when there was an offer of 6 months free Xbox Gamepass Ultmate. The My Packages section of my account has for this whole time been broken as has most of the account area. I cant see my broadband, or its perks, and the link in the email sent at signup to view my package and activate the gamepass perk just take me back to the "Your Products" page where every item on the page had an "Add now" button.

Please could someone from BT take a look at my account and fix it so I can manage my broadband package and access the gamepass perk?

Hi @rmwebs, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
Do you have an old account also linked to your BTID? As this could be the cause of this problem.

If so set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.  If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team to get the current BTID fixed.
