I signed up to BT through a link from moneysavirngexpert.com about 6 weeks ago. I saved the link so I could claim my reward when the 30 days passed. When I click on the link and log in, it says no rewards available. How do I go about getting the reward card? I called BT who referred me to Pure Card, they say they can't help with this.
Has anyone had this problem and got it resolved? I only went for this contract because of the reward card.

I did search through posts before posting myself but couldn't find anything that helped. I am not receiving any emails from BT telling me to claim, I had made a note on my calendar to do so after 30 days.
I have spoken to BT again and they are looking into it for me.

This has not been solved. BT said I should hear back in 5 working days so I am waiting that time for a reply. If I don't get a reply I will chase BT.
