Now redundant! Mid contract! Can I swop to Home essentials £33 pm plan?

Go to solution

Long story short!

Been made redundant, 60 year old, receiving UC, need to reduce outgoings. Am I eligible for the BT Home essentials unlimited 67m/bps and unlimited phone package @£33 per month?

Who do I talk to, where do I go to find the information to downgrade?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All

Re: BT Home Essentials Fibre2

Just spent 15 minutes on the phone with a nice lady, apologies forgot to writ her name down. Very helpful, answered her questions, gave my NI Number and a quick check later, contract changed.

New 12 month home essentials fibre 2 plan £23 per month

New 12 month Phone plan with unlimited calls etc £10 per month

Plus keep old Number

New contract  total cost £33 per month.

Thank you for the advice given and the phone number provided. CS 03301234150

Keep up the good work 🙂
