OLD ACCOUNT NUMBER

HI.

I have an old account number that is over 2 years old, but is still my primary account number.

I have been trying to renew my contract that runs out in 2 weeks, but when I try to renew & accept my renewal offers in the basket, it comes up with unrecognised number.  Despite letting me order using my current account. 

Could someone please advise me how to remove the old account??
