it will show how many times I have spoken to people who have all spoken ok, until 1 of them who was very rude.
I have been told lie after lie after lie. Offered prices which were not as the first offer which they would not comply with. Back tracked. We have been with bt for many years, but now you are an absurd shambles. We will be going elsewhere and would take a lot for me to go back anytime soon if ever. I have seen on here someone who said they are going to sky with the level of service we have had sky will be gaining so many new customers in the future. But you won’t listen and learn.
even managers lied to us and then said they would sort it out and without telling offered us one thing and processed another good job we were on the ball.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

Indeed, you’d think however that this place was a place to come and whinge and drip all over everyone else 😏
if you are out of contract then leave bt wont see this and even if they do they cant do anything
retntion deals dont exist either your confused as to what they told you
sky are run on the same network
sky is run on bt lines onless your in a city fibre area
bt not be bothered
