Just signed up to BT internet and TV on a 24 month contract three days ago. Been sent all relevant confirmation emails etc. But when I look on myBT app I can't track any order app saying nothing to show. It seems that info from an old account with an old address is showing with my new account number and when trying to track my new order its giving me nothing. I first thought I would give it a day or so with it being a new account on the system before I found old account info on the new account . Any help from moderators would be much appreciated as trying to call is a nightmare with waiting times of an hour
Thanks for the link, got talking to them pretty quick, though they have deleted my old account info , I still can't track orders. But I've been assured everything is running smoothly and may still be a couple of days before tracking information is available 🤷🤞
