On holiday and usage not updsting

We are in Tenerife and wifi is very unpredictable. We are trying to keep up with usage but it is not showing anything since 18th August  so we don’t go over our free allowance  - it is now the 24th. Can’t find an option to online  chat with BT to solve the problem. Any help gratefully received.
