BT dispatched 3 DV adaptors and one DV Power Backup unit to me on Monday 10 Oct 2022, but as shown in the two attached images, only 3 DV adaptors were found within the package delivered on Wednesday 12 Oct 2022. I am really puzzled - the dispatch note on the parcel indicates four items and the parcel was in a good condition when received. I spoke to BT and they are checking with the company dispatched the goods. BTW, based on the dimensions (165 x 185 x 80 mm excluding any packages) of the DV Power Backup, the parcel would not be able to accommodate the 3 DV adaptors and the DV Power Backup unit.
