One touch switching

Apologies if this is in the wrong discussion 

Tried to use one touch switching as I am moving to Vodafone from BT ,but the switching failed as they couldn't contact my provider(BT)

Has anybody else had these issues

Not heard that one before

I would ask Vodafone to keep trying and I would check they are using your correct address phone number and account

The losing provider , more so with OTS than the previous NOTs system has no veto on switching , so there is no BT involvement until BT are advised that the switch has been completed and they arrange your final bill …VF are giving you the runaround if they are saying the issue is with BT .

If there is an issue with your address with Openreach’s records ( this only applies if you are intending to use VF on Openreach rather than VF on City Fibre  ) , that may need looking at by Openreach , but you haven’t said that’s the issue , so basically the issue is between you , VF and OTS ,
