I have been trying to access my brother's online bills for him but have been unable to do so. I hold an LPA for him and I'm registered to his account but neither of us can access any of his bills since October last year. I can't see what they are billing him. I've phoned numerous times and been told there is a fault on the software and that they are sorting it out but it's rubbish. They never sort it out. Can anyone help?

I had a similar issue a couple of months ago and it took quite a while with a number of telpehone calls from the technical help desk to me to finally resolve my problem.
I finished up with a new account number and new BT ID.
