Hello
I placed an order to replace my virgin media setup, thankfully still active, with Full Fibre 900 on the 5th March. An openreach engineer visited and said that they would need to run a new trunk and fibre from the street to my house. This took place on the 15th and I've had no other updates since. The order tracking page has updated each time I check with the following at the bottom of the page

The date is either the same day I check or the following day depending on time of day. I've called the help line and they were not much help. Does anyone have a contact number for a team that can help with this. Thanks.

Thanks for the contact number. I received a text earlier today stating an installation date of May 15th. Thankfully I still have my existing broadband provider, so I just have to be patient! I will use the number in future if the need arises.
