Order I didn't make

Back in June I renewed my contract specifically asked for halo to be removed as the ee 4g mini hub is useless to me fast forward to 27th December I get a email saying a mini hub on its way to me I called bt several times to have it cancelled to be told they can't cancel it and dpd the previous times wouldn't let me refuse delivery As I have mobility issues I'm unable to keep going to post office to return the useless hubs I did not ask for and have told bt several times to stop sending them now this 1 is stuck waiting to dispatch phase and bt claim they can't stop courier collecting it even though it has not left their warehouse but bt I can assure you it won't be coming to my address

Welcome to our community.

I'm sorry our team were unable to stop the order being sent. We would normally advise to refuse the delivery, it's odd that DPD wouldn't allow this last time. DPD would be able to mark the delivery as refused and return this to our warehouse.

Dpd have said I can't refuse the parcel as only the sender can I called bt to get them to contact dpd to be told  by agent that he request dpd to return it which is not true bt has done it with last dpd order they sent without my knowledge so now I am forced to stay in wait for a delivery I never ordered or want it's extremely poor customer service from bt and may have no option to look for a new provider

Dpd has told me I can't cancel the order as it has to be the sender as they paid for the delivery I even told dpd that I never made the order and I have spoke to a remember of bt executive team yesterday but dpd said bt has to request parcel to be redirected back to them. I'm not happy at how long it is taking bt to cancel this delivery they made in error

Yes I have a track order link when I press on it it only give me option to change delivery date no option to cancel or refuse

Do you have the contact information for the agent you spoke with from our Executive Team?

If yes, I'd recommend reaching back out to them.
