Change to EE

Hi I have changed to EE but have received a BT bill and says I will receive another next month.  It seems like BT do not know I have changed to EE but I changed through BT as they are changing to EE.  Just wondered if anyone else has the same problem?

Re: Change to EE

@Gillizilla

As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

You should be able to get some replies there.

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

If the bill was sent by BT you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150, not EE, and ask what the bill is for and why you should expect another bill from BT next month.

Re: Change to EE

I suspect the bill has been produced automatically as your new services have not started as yet.  If thats the case it will be re-calculated shortly after your services on the BT side of things stop.

If you look at the bill breakdown on your online account it will show you what dates you are being billed for and this should clear it up.  Outside of that for billing matters you are best of contacting BT:
