I recently moved into a new build bungalow, it's around 5 years old. My bungalow is the only one that seems to have problems getting any sort of broadband that isn't mobile. I rang sky originally was told the only way I could get Broadband is through bt. I ring bt on the morning of the 2nd feb place an order everything goes fine, check back a couple of day later on 7th Feb to find the order has been cancelled. I ring they put the order back through fine I go with hybrid connect. The hybrid connect arrives on the 9th Feb and scheduled engineer call is the 22nd of Feb, yesterday got an email saying my order was cancelled despite the smart hub still having Internet connection. This is the second time It's been cancelled on their end and when I ring I just get passed around

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to read about all the problems you've had with your order. Normally when this happens it usually indicates an issue with the address. Is the address for your property correctly registered with the Royal Mail? Has the address changed recently?

The address is registered with Royal mail as Ive received the hybrid connect hub and its all working
