The Colleague Team placed an order for TNT sky sports and HD on my behalf which I’ve cancelled the next day but I’ve been told I must pay the £31.50 because the service was activated immediately. Can someone help cancel this charge please, I cancelled with in one day of being notified that the order was placed and have never used this service.
