Out of contract and wanting to change Broadband

Hi,

I am currently out of contract with Fibre with Halo 1 at £68.58 per month.  My personal on-line offers inlude Fibre 100 with Halo 3 at the same £68.58.

Looking on the BT Website (without logging on) I see that Full Fibre 100  is available, without Halo for £34.99.

1. Does the addition of Halo really add that much to the bill? and is it generally recommended ?

2. How would I go about starting a new contract on Fibre 100 without Halo. Who do I contact ?

1. Yes, the costs are ridiculous.

2. Once you have Halo, they try to make it impossible to take it off. You could try retentions but I had to commit to leaving before they removed it and it reduced my bills by over 60%.
