Do ( or should) BT send a monthly bill by email?
I know that I can see my bill in my account, but this year I have only received a bill by email seven times. No bill received for October although the money has been taken from my account.
You should get an email every month on or around your billing date, containing this:
Thanks for your reply. Yes I should get an email, but the point is that I don't. I didn't have an email for the October bill. I did get one for Aug & Sept but not July.
When I rang BT they told me that I don't receive any emailed bills!!
Very confused.
I'm also confused; it would be news to me if BT send actual bills by email. If you mean it's notifications that are missing, that's a known issue (see here) and I can refer your message to the forum moderators for help.
