Just checked my account and realised I've been pay £5 a month for an extra box I haven't had for a year, I'm having so much trouble getting money back as well so everyone check your accounts.

Good advice. I check my accounts regularly and am astonished that I seem to be in a minority.
I thoroughly check my account whenever I change my package and make sure it lines up with the details I agreed at the time.
Each month when I receive notification my bill is ready I check it for any changes from the previous month.
I can't see anyway it would take me 12 months for me to find out I had been paying for something I didn't want or agreed to.
@James-greer did you return the extra box to BT and they continue to bill you for the service or is it the case that the Extra Box add on to your BT TV package was not cancelled ?
