Hi, my account in MY BT does not show all my products, missing is the discovery+app including TNT sport on a rolling contract. Have phoned twice to try and resolve but BT could not help me, it looks like my only option is to make a complaint. Hope the moderator can help

i recently upgraded to full fibre, digital voice and changed TNT sports from the Sky Platform to the app only on a rolling monthly contract. All are working fine.
My BT Portal only shows Broadband and Digital Voice, and not the Discovery + app inc tnt sports. I have contacted BT, they say they agree i have these products but didnt seem to know how to correct the records. Would be grateful for any suggestions how to resolve.
Sometimes the TV stuff is in the broadband tile. If they are not there then BT would need to sort it.

The mods no longer have account access so you need to phone Cs 03301234150 or try message now and contact billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
