Payment issues! Being Overcharged

I dont understand if i agreed to a fixed price for 24mths how is it i am being charged more,i am already unhappy with the service that is provided from day 1 and because i have been unwell and had a lot of deaths in the family i overlooked checking my bills,only to come now and find out i have been charged extra.Can someone please explain to me how this is happening as i am considering ending the contract as this was the worst decision i have made for a broadband provider.😡😧🤢

The contract you agreed had an auto increase built in of CPI + 3.9% which takes place on 31 MARCH each year.  If you end your contract then you will have termination penalties the magnitude will depend on the length of contract remaining

Forgot to say that yes they did charge a different cost in April and then it changed again and thats the reason why i was confused as to what was going on.
