I have an overdue payment but it say on my account that I need to pay by the 2 may or I get a late fee add will my service get restricted before my late fee is added

@Susanedwards There are no BT staff on this site that can help you with your account. You need to speak to BT if you are having problems with payment as this is a customer to customer help forum and no one here has access to accounts.
