Pending application for account manager

I have applied to be account manager for my elderly mum's account to protect her from cold callers and scams. It is pending. How will this request be reviewed and how long will it take?

This is a. Customers help customer forum and post does not go to BT

Try phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help

this request would be reviewed and accepted by her via her myBT or if she was to call BT and then she can ask staff to accept it.
