Personalised Upgrade

Hi. First time poster here.

So, my contract ends in around 6 weeks, so I've tried to look at upgrades / new deals. But when looking online, i just get a page saying 'my personalised deals aren't available....etc etc'. 

I really could do with getting this sorted and struggle with making phone calls, so doing this at my leisure on line is the most appropriate way for me. I don't wish to move away from BT but alternative providers offers are becoming more and more appealing whilst I'm getting frustrated. Thanks for any help.

If you log into MyBT & go to Your Products > Broadband > Manage, you should end up with your current offers.

Be prepared to be underwhelmed! 😁
