Personalised deal

Hi, if i were to take out a personalised deal saving me £5 a month and dropping my phone line saving a couple more pounds, what happens regarding my Sport TV package at £19.63?? My contract expires May 25.

I see my offer for BB is £25.20 and you can currently get Sport for £16 so is there anyway of taking these offers up online as I can't seem to combine the 2 into one basket??

My current bill is around £52 a month so a potential £10 saving.

try phoning the retentions team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate

Phoned BT they said to take the personalised offer as they couldn't match that and then take out the £16 Sport deal (when my BB renewal shows on my account) which would override my current Sport subscription.

Took out my personalised offer for BB but wouldnt let me do the Sport for £16 as suggested.
