When signed in to my bt.com account there is often an option to request personalised offers relating to my products etc. Currently this is to upgrade to full fibre (just an example). When I select the option I always get the following error and this has been the case for a few months - "We can't show you any personalised offers here just now. Give us a call on **** **** **** and we'll find the best deal just for you."
Does anyone have a resolution for this error rather than me having to resort to phoning.

I gave up a long time ago! Everything I have is on expired contracts and, being deaf, the above solution, shall we say, sucks!
Before anyone suggests Relay, this system is unprepared to wait for the call to be taken.
Yes, I had the same message when logging in to my account as I wanted to change my tv package. I raised it on this forum and one of the moderators sorted it out for me.
I think it's a fairly common issue.
Seems like this issue is fairly widespread. Is there a moderator that could assist please.
