Hi,
I recently ordered a PS5 from the online store over a week ago however the shipping company have not yet received it. I’ve tried to contact BT but have received no reply. Has this happened to anyone else/ does anyone have any advice?

You would need to contact the BT Shop, which is totally separate from BT Broadband and Phone.
