I've in the process of moving house and I'm currently with Plusnet. I called them on Tuesday to take them over to my new address but was told, as I need a landline, they could no longer supply me. They helpfully offered to set me up with BT instead and did so over the phone BUT I've just gone to check my order and they've put the completely wrong address for my new house! How do I get this changed asap? There doesn't seem to be anywhere to amend it on the app. Please can someone assist asap as I don't want some random persons internet disrupted (they've literally used my current postcode just changed the house number, so it's actually my neighbours address a few doors down) and I really need my internet to be up and running when I move for work. Thanks!

Or you might need to contact Plusnet.
Your phone service would be supplied over BT Digital Voice, as there are no more analogue phone services being provided.
