At the end of my Broadband contract, I put all of my items (Smart Hub, Hybrid Connect, WiFi Disc), into the provided returns bag and dropped it off at my Post Office. I've had an email to say that the Hub & Hybrid have been received but the Disc has not and I will be charged £30. I know that I the Disc was in the bag. Clearly, I can't prove it. Do I just accept the £30 charge for something I have not lost? Do I have any other options?
