When I login to my MyBT webpage, it contains details for two old defunct BT accounts, but not my new account number.
I follow the procedure in My profile -> Step 1 of 2: Add your account number, then click Continue, but the webpage then resets back to My profile, with no Step 2 appearing & no new account number added to the dropdown box in the top right corner.
I've tried entering my new account number starting with "GB" and also with these first two characters replaced by "02", alas, both to no avail.
This problem occurs in Chrome, Edge & FireFox browsers running on 2 different Windows 11 PCs & also Chrome browser running on an Android phone.
After spending over an hour running through the above with the BT live chat help service, they were unable to resolve this issue.
Please, can somebody help me?
