I have sent the BT equipment back to BT through Post Office, I even have a proof of it (receipt). The problem is that, I keep receiving messages from BT SMS service that I have not returned it yet. Although I received a message earlier saying "we got your equipment" 2 days after the returning through Post Office, I get a message every 2 weeks saying that they did not receive it.
I was looking away to contact through online or by phone, but there is not a proper way to do so.
BT CS 03301234150 does not have a question for BT RETURNS!

When you call BT 03301234150 select the Billing option.

Select any option and they transfer you if required.
