Problems paying my bill

Hi I don't know what to do so I'm hoping someone can advise me what to do.

 

My broadband has been restricted till I pay the full amount of the bill which is £20 left to pay 

My next bill of £54 will be due on the 15th of this month .

 

I'm in no position to pay this until I next get payed at the end of the month due to personal problems,I cant even pay my phone bill which has also been restricted so I can't even ring bt to discuss this.

So please if anyoneone can advise me what I can do it be very much appreciated

You will need to contact BT and explain your problem to see if you can get more time to pay.

Hi and thanks for your reply what ways other then ringing them Is available i can't call them as I have no phone

@Kerryb72  Do you not have a trusted family member or friend that you can ask to make a call using their mobile phone? Alternatively, if there is a public phone box anywhere near you, you can make a call on BT’s freephone number, 0800 800 150.

Either way, if you’re struggling with debt, you may need to contact a debt advice service or charity for support.

If you click on the BT contact us in the link you can get an option to use the on line chat.

Calls to BT 0800.1234.150 are free.

Try contacting billing using message now
