I signed up last year and my cashback was declined. Unfortunately Quidco didn't wish to resolve this.
The order was messed up because the property was switching from FTTC to FTTP and there was a problem with Openreach's booking of engineers. The customer service advisor had to put in a new order because of this.
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this? Cashback was meant to be £100.
