Re: RETENTIONS - the SCAM of BT overcharging existing customers !!

@iniltous - I'm certainly not digging myself a hole 🙄

The Moderator stated:- BT Halo 3+ is available to order through the BT website and through Customer Support channels. Customers on the Halo plans (1, 2, 3 & 3+) have the price promise included within the terms of their plan.

I responded to the Mod stating that you cannot order it online. They obviously haven't checked, just posted a link. Please try yourself from the above link.

Would you like a shovel?

So you have as evidence of the absence of Halo 3+ to order , the BT guide you spoke to about your bogus enquiry, a reluctance to take an order from you , but they didn’t definitely say it’s not available ,they used very cautious language, a BT Moderator says it is still available, and  it’s shown on the BT price lists, irrespective of what your somewhat odd interpretation of the price list , I’ll believe the BT employee over you ,

I think all that anyone would want from this genuinely baffling thread surrounding Halo3+ is transparency.

Think it's perfectly transparent.  If you have halo then come renewal you have zero chance of a good deal.

Re: RETENTIONS - the SCAM of BT overcharging existing customers !!

Hi all.
The information around Halo and the price promise has been shared earlier and the conversation is now going round in circles. With this in mind we've taken the decision to lock the thread.

If you would like to discuss your specific circumstances, please get in touch with our Customer Support team who'll be happy to help.
