Another BT dance... 

 

Digital Voice 'ordered' in June, no it wasn't. Call up a few times, that automated 'order' is cancelled. 

However the smart hub was already sent out - thats fine says BT chap just refuse it at the door and tell the postie to keep it. Great! 

So we did that, however now eight emails and three calls later getting notice we will get charged £65 shortly if we don't return it. One call last month had confirmed it had been marked as returned and no bill, all sorted. 

Up to four calls today to various people in BT to try and get some clarity / sorted. Still unresolved... 

Why is the company so hard to deal with? 

All due to something we didn't order, and clearly did not require at the moment.... !

Started calling at 10:40am , just off the phone now (11:30am) to sort. Six calls. 

It should not take that much time for a simple thing, and it should not result in different answers, being told they can't do things, for something that is resolvable.

BT? Shambles.
