BT App where’s the bill

I'm having the same issue too on Android . It says the bill has been downloaded but for the life of me I can't find it. It's not in the downloads folder and I've searched through and through and can't find it

Can you go into the My files app, 



followed by clicking on either Documents or Download icon?


Check if you have a recently downloaded bill/ PDF showing in there at all?

Yes there was nothing all day yesterday when I tried and I even searched for the bill itself in the my files app, but it seems to have appeared now overnight!

Really weird. It seems that when I click on download it doesn't actually download it straight away, and then it'll appear hours later in the my files app . Very very strange. I tried both on wifi and mobile data too and the same thing happened, nothing was downloaded. But now when I checked there's several bills (I guess from everytime I clicked download) in the my files app. There is definitely a issue with the app as other users are having similar issues.

That's great. I'm glad you have found the PDF's @Ryanm353 

Some apps save documents and items in a folder located within the app files or other areas of the phone, rather than in the downloads folder. 

The general downloads folder on the phone will only show anything that has been saved into that downloads folder. 

Whereas the download Icon in MyFiles will show all downloads, no matter which folder or area of the phone they are saved in.
