There is no such company as BT Openreach, its just BT Retail or Openreach.

Yes, it is.
Then you would need to ask BT to raise an ORDI request to Openreach, to update the database.

When did you do the “Update my address” form on the Royal Mail website? It usually takes a couple of weeks to filter down to the Openreach system and availability checkers.
If FTTP was already available then you may also need to fill in the form at the bottom of the OR availability checker, fill in the details and in the free text explain what the old and new names are and the UPRN. That should give them all they need as it may show as available for the old name but not the new.
