Did you resolve this in the end? I put an order in yesterday and by late last night they cancelled it. I didn’t receive an email about it. I got a notification stating that some services (ie Netflix as I got a package with bt) were being stopped because I cancelled them. I tried calling today but I was put on hold for over an hour after speaking to someone who never came back to me. I cancelled the call. I can’t access my account either. I managed to get in very briefly after a process and there’s a notification stating the order was cancelled.

Are. You a new BT customer or existing customer ?

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to do?
