So, a full year (nearly) has passed. And we still have similar problem. BT keeps sending me emails and SMS about how I don't want to miss out on this virtual card reward, yet when I click on claim the reward I am taken to my account page and there is no traces of reward claiming anywhere. Yes, I can live without it. No, I don't want to waste my time calling customer service to claim something, which will still be broken for another year for another customer. Yes, it bothers me that companies cannot fix their stuff for years 🙂
Not a good showing for new customers, is it? 😄 Well, at least BT does not botch contract renewal, or is unable to find my existing phone line to take me as a new customer and then cancel my order completely. But the pattern is there :))
