I have tried both the App and on line version but still cannot see the Partners section.
Hi, @AndySleightholme welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it's not on the app you have to log in to MyBT on a browser. Go to 'Your Products' and the content partners section should be halfway down the screen.
When was your full fibre broadband connected, it can take a few days before the content partner section becomes visible.
