Is your address correct on the Royal Mail Postcode Database?

Silver means there is an existing route, but no active connection.

You should just be able to place an order with BT Retail, and the routing would be determined by Openreach. Have you tried placing an order?

when i call bt for broadband connessione they said that they doesn’t have connections over here

New builds are normally direct fibre only. Have you asked the developer what arrangements have been made with Openreach to provide fibre?

Is there any Openreach equipment installed in the property, such as a box which looks like this?
