Apologies for resurrecting an old post - I am in this same position now; out of contract and looking to change my TV package which is still supposed to be flexible.
If I follow this approach to access via "your products" then select "manage TV" - the only choice I get is to change package and renew my broadband for 24 months. Any suggestions? Or is it all broke and really wants us to all move to EE.....?
Interestingly this also gives me an offer for the works for £60 per month - but if I click through it gets to confirming my broadband renewal but that doesn't include a discount that I get offered via the offers page - all seems very flakey..... either one TV offer or one Broadband offer - not both....
I asked about this on here quite some time ago now, and it was confirmed to me that flexing your EETV package is not an option if you’re out of contract.
