Have to say, after sigining up to Fibre 900 on 14th April I had a text on the 18th informing me that I now had access to the BT WiFi app. Even with the Fibre 900 up and running the My BT app though refuses to run:
Maybe it's because I'm using my own router?
you can sign up for BTWIFI and still use your own router. you should still be able to login and use BTWIFI

Do you get the same error message when trying to login to MyBT on the HTTP://home.bt.com or only on the app?

The BT WiFi app works fine, and I am using my own router. The My BT app comes up with the"Oops" message every time - I've cleared data and emptied caches, uninstalled and re-installed, it just doesn't work. While you can see the log-in in the background, that page is never presented for input! Logging into the MyBT via the website is no problem whatsoever!

I am sorry that the app doesn't appear to be loading up right for you.
Can you restart your phone for me completely? Try the app afterwards.
If it's still not loading up, let me know the make and model of your phone so I can see if we can replicate it or not.
