Hi @7815678

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser to see if you can then get logged in.

If it still gives you the same error, please try another browser or device.

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend getting in touch with our tech guides so they can have a look into this further for you.

For those that may be interested, an updated version of the MyBT App 10.0.28 labelled as an ‘Essential Update’ has today been released for customers with Apple devices on iOS 27. I’ve logged in on the updated App and it works as expected.

I have tried another device (computor at local library) it works on there so must be my laptop, maybe slow broad band connection. So will have to use library computor if I need to access my account in future. I am on Google Chromebook at home & I dont have any issues with other web sites!

Thanks for the update @7815678

It is definitely worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or trying a different browser on your Chromebook to see if that helps, as it is unlikely to be caused by a slow connection.

Re: My BT Problems

Same here - my.bt.com is timing out.  I have tried with Chrome and Edge, cleared cookies and cache, restarted by PC, but to no avail.  I've turned on third-party cookies, insecure content, intrusive ads, popups and redirects in both browsers.  I also tried the MyBT app on my phone.   But it's always the same issue everywhere.

I even ran Microsoft's PortQry tool to see if I can make a network connection to my.bt.com but it can't connect on either ports 80 or 443.

Hi @vik9876

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you are seeing this on different browsers, tried the steps you mentioned above and see the same on the app, it does point to it being something on your account.

If you contact our tech guides, they can look into this further for you.
