Re: New account not adding to My BT

Same here. MyBT app not working and when I do on Web browser and add the account it says wait 5 minutes and nothing happens.  Thought it was because account was not active till yesterday but still not working. Need it to set up disk. 

Please note my BT account on alternative email.

My issue was resolved by getting BT to delete my BT ID and setting up a new BT account using a new email address. I had to call to get the BT ID deleted (and wait 24 hours)
