My services went live the other day but nothing is showing on MYBT?
I have had old accounts removed from it previously but now no account info is showing at all.

Thank you for taking my call today. I'm sorry that the issue with your My BT hasn't been fixed yet. The bridge team is investigating the issue, it looks like the account details are showing on their system. They've asked if you can log in again and confirm if the issue has been fixed. If you're still getting the same error, please could you take a screenshot and drop me a reply.

With regards to that failed order, I've had our SME remove the TV Box and TV service that was showing active on the account. This should leave it easier for the employee team to reorder.
