Hello, I built my house on an old plot and changed the name a number of years ago. This year I wanted to change supplier of broadband. Unfortunately for some reason the new address doesn't register for broadband on openreach or other platforms. The old name is there and is available to get broadband, but its wrong. Obviously the system needs to be updated with the correct details to allow me to get a new broadband supplier. Please can someone help me update the system.

unfortunately not. Sky...
Only your current provider Sky, can request an update to the Openreach Database. They need to request an ORDI, they should know what that involves.
