Hi,
I'm in exactly the same situation, my mother in law has no email address and I'm trying to setup and account management so I can subscribe to btprotectplys - VIP to stop scam caller attempts.
Can you help?
I have moved your post to this new thread, so you can get advice from forum members.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.
Try calling 0330 1234 150
You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Hey there bud I never did get this resolved to be honest, But your best bet is to get in contact with BT via phone and will probably be easier and quicker if you have your mother in law present. Hope this helps bud
