My digital voice was changed in April 2026 and I am still waiting for instructions on how ro return my old router and BT mini hub. There is nowhere on BT website on how to contact them, I have tried phoning but no success. Can I throw them away?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send a returns bag out to you.
Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
