Hi,  I have had the same problem with app for ages.  I do have two accounts associated with me…..my current one and an old one.  Can you help me delete the old on please?

Hi @ams1950, welcome to the forum and I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do.

Sorry that you've an old account on your BTID and this is causing some issues.

If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.

If you don't have another email address you can use post back and let us know. We'll need to delete your current BTID and you can set it back up again 24hrs later.

Good morning @ams1950,

Thanks for allowing me the time to get this fixed for you.

In case anyone else ever needs help with this, we were able to get the old account removed ok. This can fix the issue in most cases however not all. Afterwards, we needed our developers to fix the issue with your active account which they did.
