TV package still shows on bill despite cancelling more than month ago

Eaxactly same here . I sent the BT TV box back almost two years ago,  went on full fibre and no problems, now take another offer of higher fibre and TV bill added on when I cannot use it  and do not want it. Extra 10 a month for something I have not got.

Been sitting for 50 mins on chat   waiting for the 4th time to get it removed.  anyone know another way

Many thanks all sorted  it referred to a Free Xbox sub   that I was being billed for.   XBox under tv  never guessed that lololo
